Supplier User guidance
A Supplier must be performing a registration on the system by using a company, business or personal email address that's going to be verify his or her account.
Example of Company, Personal or Business email address is (info@domain.com, net@domain.com).

Supplier Registration
1. Registration Form:
- Collect necessary information such as company name, business details, or personal information depending on the type of account being created.
- Request a valid email address corresponding to the company, business, or individual.
2. Email Verification:
- After submitting the registration form, the system should send a verification email to the provided email address.
- The email should contain a unique verification link or code.
3. Verification Link/Code:
- The user must click on the verification link or enter the verification code within a specified timeframe to confirm the authenticity of the provided email address.
4. Account Activation:
- Once the email address is verified successfully, and completed all attachments the account is activated, and the user gains access to the system.

5. Profile Completion:
- After the account is activated, prompt the user to complete their profile by providing additional necessary information. This could include uploading relevant documents, specifying business details, etc.
6. Confirmation Message:
- Display a confirmation email to the user, indicating that their registration was successful and that they can now access the system.
7. Security Measures:
- Implement security measures to prevent abuse, such as rate-limiting registration attempts, and ensuring the confidentiality of user data.
8. Terms and Conditions:
- Ensure that users agree to the terms and conditions of using the system during the registration process.
9. Support and Help:
- Provide clear instructions and support in case users face any issues during the registration or verification process.
10. Ongoing Verification:
- Depending on the nature of your platform, you may also want to implement periodic or ongoing verification processes to ensure that the information provided by suppliers remains accurate and up-to-date.
